I need to have a MMR x 2 and the flu vaccine to complete my requirements. Do I have to go to a certified USCIS Doctor or I can I go to the local county health department?

Dos anyone know where the A number is? I can see a control number and an annotation number which begins with an A, so I am presuming it's that one.

I have just arrived on a K1 visa. I don't remember filling in any information regarding my SSN. I guess I will just go to the local office after about 10 days and see what happens.
