Thanks for the responses. Allowances are cash settled so I focused on the 'all-in' 82 number. Thanks again for your thoughts on this.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have an approx view on what's considered a 'good' salary for a front office banker just below Managing Director level in Abu Dhabi (incl. all allowances)?
