I dont know exactly how it works for your skill assessment but for ICT jobs they always require a few years of work experience ( 2 if your occupation is closely related to your degree, 4 if not)...

Wrong. The IELTS test is marked by people, which always leaves the speaking and writing part open for interpretation. The listening and reading part is right or wrong therefor it is not open for...

I'd say PTE but I've only tried IELTS and PTE.

Its only available to DIBP (department of Immigration and Border Protection) to calculate your points.

If all your documents are real and everything is okay (medically speaking) I think there's a very high chance of getting the visa.

Not entirely sure.
