Thank you, my hubby has a criminal record so thought it would be best to do it this way, although its 7 to 10 years ago, we are hoping we get the visas, his dad is a citizen of 20 years and his job...

We are not waiting on an lmia,we have it already, my husbands canadian employer had to get it for him to apply through cic, its what the forms ask for, erm... I think i may be missing something, was...

Yes but im not sure im happy with him having to support us if we need help, i think it make things a little more difficult but im going to look into more before i do anything, thanks :-)

We don't want to go to live there straight away incase we don't like it because I know holidays are different to living somewhere so we just wanted a work permit first.
