I am about to get my green card and am married to an american citizen.

I will be selling my UK flat next year and been told if I sell it before 6th April 2014 I have no liability to pay...

Phew, husband just phoned lawyer..all been filed. thanks so much all of you. Just a waiting game now for EAD, so I can start this job..hopefully soon, before someone else pinches it from me:)

Believe me the company have been brilliant, but it is illegal for them to employ me without proper visa and alien number. I will look at full pack when I get home to see if he filed these things...I...
