I have received a welcome letter notice today from the department of homeland security stating that i will have my perminent resident card (ir6) which will expire for 10 years in 3 weeks. Good luck...

I can' use th3 k3 visa after it expires. I can' travel before because i am having a child. I thought i would apply to renew the k3 visa but the INS told me that i can't do that after i have applied...

I came on a k3 visa last july 2003 and applied for the AOS in June 2004 after i got the i130 approval in May...

have anyone who applied for the AOS in 2003 received an AOS interview yet ? I know that they are dealing with AOS that w ere filed back in january 2002 but i do not know if the report is accurate !!!

Ours have been approved too. The i130 was sent from texas to nebraska on April4 2002 and was approved online on May 13 2004.

We are also still waiting for the noa2 APPROVAL BY MAIL.

Sorry Cindy, i thought you have to apply at menphis and not at Atlanta. Look Menphis used to show that theye were delaing with petitons that were filed back in Novemeber 2001. They only changed that...

My i130 (spouse) was filed back in september 30 2002 and the case was transferred to nebraska in april 7 2004 ? i am still waiting for...
