He cannot access his acct online, he cannot wire money it is a deposit only account, he can't do anything that takes money out of his account that is not him directly (atm subject to a 300pound a day...

We didn't set out to look for a job right now.. rather take in advice and start about 6-9 months out from the move. His job here was vacant for 16months before he was hired, he had a few job offers...
