I did my time on Koh Phangan too. I frequented there from 1999-2001, and I'm handling Saudi just fine :)

Good thinking! There's loads of them on my compound.

I live in hope for these kettle bells. Although, judging by the obesity levels here, I guess equipment is limited!

I tried a sports shop in the Hayat Mall, they only had regular dumb bells.

Moving to Riyadh

I'm moving to Riyadh on Monday to work for a university there.

Just thought I'd pop up and say 'hello'.
