hello people

do i have to go to the spanish consulate in morroco to apply for the shengen visa for my wife?
do i need a morrocan bank account?
i removed all the money from my british bank...

i will have to find employment in ceuta /meliliya. these are 2 cities which belong to spain ,located in morroco. i learned about the ss route today and am unable to find out about...
