they get the extenstion everytime they come here. They will be coming here in Feb. 2005 and going back in June 2005. Their Green Card expires in Feb. 2006. From what I read on USCIS websites,...

My wife's I-765 is approved.(She is here on K-3.. Approved from NBC)) We found out via email.

Does anyone know how long does it take to get the card?

On the case status it says...

If you live in Vermont Service Center Area.. then K-1 is the route to go... K-1 approval in month or two...

K-3 is the slowest right now anyways.....

I think it should be good enough. They might take some pictures for the evidence I have read it on some posts.

Also ur marriage certf Should be good enough as long as its in English if its not...

Well if your wedding was done in Traditional way then there shouldnt be problem. Take ur wedding album there. If it was registered then they might be problem. I have heard that they declined becuase...

From July 1st you have have to be in India for more than 60 days in order to do the DCF
