I have given an estimated cost it would be between SR1500-2000 so if the total cost is 1500 it will be 300 per person and if the total cost of the trip comes to 2000 than it will be 400 per person....

Yes it is the total cost of the boat. Per Person it is normally SR.250-300

I can also suggest the fish market near Balad would be a better place to see a lot of spices better than queueing up to see the crap they have in that aquarium

It is an average aquarium with not a lot of spices in it. For me it was not worth the money I spent on the ticket SR.50.
