Yes you can as long as your are on your his payroll. He will need to fill the petion to USCIS with your A Number and GC will be approved

Both parents on E2 Visa. Mother has EAD, Can my father apply for GC on my mother's belief as she works for his company and on payroll and how long will it take to approve

Thanks so much all, It ok since I passed the driving test and obtained my FL driving license and im ok taking the FL theory test and getting the learner permit because it easier than UK. No Hazard...

I used to have a samsung on sprint. It cost more than $70 plus taxes and then canceled. Now i have a unlocked nexus android phone with tmobile prepaid $50 a month plan

Although, I have a full uk license, the DMV lady said I needed a learners permit despite my UK license. I did have to do the road signs /theory test and driving test

Thanks, I do know that in MA its easier as they accept your UK DL but here in FL you need to get a license if you lived or worked in the state which I have.

In Melbourne,FL. I found Cadbury dairy milk and other products in Best India and in most publix stores there are a British section with candy and more

Thanks for pointing out , sorry. From my experience, I had to get a all new license as I never had a U.S license despite having a full UK license. Once again sorry and thanks for reply
