How will it have been upgraded? And where have you ever seen any upgrades reduced in price? My last cellphone was an upgrade on the previous model and costs more, not less.

Nah, i just like my TV to be British in language, ie I don't think I personally would enjoy Breaking Bad in Spanish. Each to their own. I couldn't be bothered watch that cheesy stuff you like.

A VPN is not a proxy. No Sir. You can run a proxy within a VPN (if you want) but not the other way round. There is far more overhead (bandwidth, cpu, memory, etc) in running a proxy either on its own...
