Ah no problem, ill stick to the IMM5409e, just didnt really like the idea of putting his name with no signature.

So just to clarify i need to fill this form (signed and witnessed by comissioner...

Sorry if I sound dumb but which other people can I use instead of a solicitor? Not saying I won't use one but I like to have options :-)

Thank you for replying. Is it possible to fill this form in when we are in different countries?? I have a copy of his job offer, LMO and work permit to bring with me.
