Cheers Boiler. Haven't as yet spoken to her. To be honest, I'm not convinced she's an expert in L-1As hence the posts here :-)

Thanks - I spoke with Susan Pai earlier today and that's the conclusion we pretty much came to.

L-1A visa all the way :)

Cost wise, we're looking at $7,500 for my Visa app (year 1) + $1,500...

ah - okay, thanks, i'm with you now. Crikey, yes we do have a fair chunk of cash but I certainly wouldn't spend $500 to guarantee a Green Card!
