I've applied twice and failed, all references and working experience fine but as I was on the wrong the visa when my application was submitted it has been rejected and would have to be resubmitted...

No i don't, as I'm not looking to get a full license, is one required to work as a TA? I contacted energy safe about getting a restricted electrical license but I can't do the course as im qualified...

Thanks for the detailed reply, i had a similar reply from an internal position within my previous employer advertised in Brisbane, ticked all the boxes but as they were unfamiliar with the process...

I've been following the rules and guidelines for 2 years! my application was built by a company that handles artc applications for uk and Irish electricians so was not complete until they were 100%...
