Hi Saffysmom, there is no way of knowing about AP. I was expecting to be put in AP but was pleasantly surprised that Visa was issued after being asked just one question, I received my passport back...

Hi, the number to call the NVC on is +16033340700.
My file finally got transferred to the NVC on Wednesday July 31st that is 84 days after NOA2. USCIS sent the file to NRC (National Records Center)...

Thanks Noorah for the reply. Its 47 days today since NOA2 and still NVC hasn't received my file from USICS so they can assign an LND number. I have read on VJ that a lot of April and May approvals...
