Hi,

Looking to get an E2 Visa but may have a baby in the near future but would like to come back to the UK to have the baby and then return back to the US after it's born on the existing E2 visa....

The individual seems experienced in the field. I think the reason why they say go over with a b1/b2 and apply for the change of status to E2 is because the process is quicker in the US and apparently...
