The article speaks for it self. ie. 2 years permanent residency then an extension for another two years. My concern would be if you can stay...

I read that if you buy a property worth 500,000 Euros you get automatic Spanish Citizenship/passport.

True?

Also what's the story on illegal selling? Does this mean you buy and you don't...

I like the green attitude of Byron but it's just a little one dimensional coastal town. No place over looking the water to have a drink and i suspect one would get bored quickly.

All retired mind you.

Some of them earn over 100k a year on their super.

If not I believe you have to invest in a business worth that amount.
