The Special class and general is both a practical exam and both of them are the same test. you just need to give them some proof why you applied for special class like a certificate that state that...

Sihealey, thats absolutely rubbish. Living in Cape Town for 9 years now and never ever had anything happen to me or my family. was on holiday in December in Paris and was robbed on our 3th day there....
