I am trying to find an agency which is slightly cheaper as my employer is not going to pay for visa fees and handling.

However, worth considering.

Yes they did not have one (block visa).

They do things in a mysterious way, so they never disclose how the process is progressing. They do not give timelines of when things could potentially...
