I didn't want to go down the ss route due to the fact my wife and son had just settled in the UK plus I don't know Europe so I wouldn't even know where to live let alone work

If I fly out on my Australian and land on my EU one won't the system pick up that the EU passport never got scanned at point of departure? plus the same goes for the...

What I ment about the marriage certificate is to prove I'm married to a UK citizen my wife and son already live there

Yes we knew what we were in for but she thought she could get a job paying close to the £18600 but them jobs just arnt around and we do have savings but we are still very short of where we need to be

She told my father in-law that she never lost a case in 7 years but atm she is on holidays because of Christmas and I'm waiting for her to get back on the 5th so I can get more info

Count down begins

Well my wife and son's count down begins they fly back to the UK on Easter Monday (21st) to live and I will follow much much later due to the UKs unfair laws to do with earnings
