I totally agree. I am given Victoria a go and looking for jobs there. But if a role is offered elsewhere I may be able to go for it then return to Melbourne.

There will be opportunities in Melbourne but there will be more in Sydney. Im aware that it may not look good so will see what they come back with. I have lived in Melbourne previously for 5 years...

He is british citizen. Been in USA for 20+ years on green card. He's thinking about getting his citizenship this year. He's legally seperated and waiting for divorce to be finalised

Agreed. That's my main concern. Think it means that they already admitted me then changed their minds as to explain first stamp on passport. However it means I will probably get questioned every time...

I have some speciality that the banks are finding hard to fill. And apparantly they want uk experience on this subject matter so been told by the agencies it will be hard but not impossible

Just wondering is it possible to apply for h1b visa now or does the employer have to do it. My understanding is that the employer has to apply on your behalf but hearing also I can start the process??
