The lady at the Emabssy checked my spouse's visa and confirmed he is eligible to sit the test and apply through Australia house, so its definatley possible. JAJ as usual you are correct!!

My defacto spouse is applying. He is eligible, was when we were in Australia but we ran out of time before coming to the uk. He is getting it here so there will be no issues when we go back to Aus.
