Hi, is somebody informed, why there is so much noise in the air all day long.

Last year and the previous ones there was a big "Christmas Open House" at the Esplanade with some 1000 visitors and a great atmosphere.

Does anybody know if this event is repeated this year, too?

For 4,000 bucks, you can get only a small apartment, max. 1+1 bed. with seaview. Depends of the size you are looking for. Quayside is nice but expensive. There are more...

There will be one coffee meetup and also one MM2H MAKAN MEETUP a month.
Every 2nd Tuesday a month a COFFEE MEETUP at 2pm and
every 4th Tuesday a month a MM2H MAKAN MEETUP at 7pm....
