ahhh thats the point, here I am too of working age but due to emmm work for the government till 1994, and a serious crash 1998, coma etc.. and now the lung, I have over here 4 reasons not to work ?...

It will be difficult sure, but I did pay for most of the time in both country's, tax etc and am still on the books in my local medical centre etc even...
