You're correct - I mis-typed and should have said 'dual status alien' - not dual citizen alien. Thank you Vadio

Is the below sufficient proof that the L-1 holder has an L-1 visa?

1.) L-1 holders I-797 - this is a photocopy which contains receipt info, petitioner info (fyi it's a blanket petition) etc

Does anyone know if there is a minimum period I need to have remaining on my passport before applying for an L2?

It expires in 9 months.
