well as it stands RBC still have it under investigation and Barclays want various different payments to recall it AND there will be a shortfall on the cash I sent.

If it helps clear anything up, the discharge is usually after 9 months in bankruptcy, this leaves 8 months remaining, so at this point I would not look to start applying just yet, anything could...
