I would never dream of taking him without permission obviously.

My own status in the USA would be rectifiable from what I have been led to understand by remarrying and then doing an adjustment of status.

My situation is quite complex due to a series of unfortunate events.

I am a british citizen, born and raised there currently residing in the US.
My son was born in the US before 1 July 2006...
