So I had my marriage based visa stamped as i went through passport control on the 10th July. All good. Flew back to UK to sort a few bits out and will be returning to the US for good in October.

I just used Travelex Internation to transfer some money to a US account. Worked pretty well. You have to send money to Travelex from your UK account at the current rate and then they forward to your...

Well. I 'passed' my interview. Easy as. It was just the waiting that was the pain, but hey ho.

The only documents they asked to see where the original ones I posted. Didn't need to show any...

I see. In reality we will move and stay with her parents for a couple of weeks before moving to our final destination. So I would think it should be all ok.

I should say, my wife has filled an I-864 as petitioner. Her Dad has filled an I-864 as the only joint sponsor.
