Just checked online and my visa was issued on 5th June, just waiting for my passport to come back now . Phew, the relief is immense.

London seems to be in a complete mess. Nothing has come through since Bryan Lloyd in April except for a refusal for BUZZ25 in May.

Flyingturtle, are you saying you applied for a visa, had your interview in January 2025 and your waiver has been approved in 71 days? Or did you not need a waiver?

Hi Jools, Interesting. The 2 instances we have heard about involve violence and drugs. I wonder if this is the new rule. Anything involving those type of issues is refused? We know Trump is clamping...

I dropped my passport at the Mail Boxes Office in Macclesfield on 2nd May. I did not get any confirmation email that it had been delivered to the embassy. So far I have had nothing but an email reply...

We dont know if any of these (except Bryan) paid the premium fee. I suspect the 18, 22 and 24 day ones did not. Only a guess though.

Bryanlloyds took 13 days. I sent mine in on 2nd, 12 days ago now but there was a bank holiday in there so hoping to hear before friday.

no, not a thing. I know the emabassy have received it and it being processed but missed my flights now for tomorrow and at great cost too. Its a nightmare.

Yes but you have to add it at the time of booking your appointment.
