That's one thing they are rather more careful of , the scrutiny is much tighter than in say Cyprus with the bank itself being on the hook if it has allowed anything untoward, I am not saying its...

They won't need too , they managed to shift their money out despite the freeze , as well as having access through the London branches, this is why whatever is left is going to suffer a bigger haircut...

It seems the Russians found ways to get their money out regardless of supposed frozen accounts , the result is they are asking for more money already.
