Practise, practise, practise! It's about arms Amd chest so try bench presses with a spotter until you feel confident. If you want it enough, your be fine :thumbsup:

I'm 26, single, no dependants, physically fit, no medical conditions, 4.5 yrs front line service.... Unsuccessful :-(!!!!

I had to chase mine up...it arrived 2 weeks before I asked but they hadn't emailed me so its def possible its there..got my fingers crossed for ya dude!

Yeah, that's correct. If you are prepared to travel over there you do 3-4 days all in one go. All expenses fall down to you though unfortunately

I posted it recorded (or the airmail equiv) with post office and shows it has reached the Australian postal service but no further. Iv emailed them and they said its not reached...

How long roughly was your whole process? Like from application to test dates and then test dates to be given a provisional start...
