Did you figure this out? I am currently stuck on that one.

Also, once you submit the online application, complete biometrics and pay....do you then have to print the application and submit it...

Mine actually went straight to 'decision made'. It skipped 'in process' entirely. Also, I never got an email notification via ecas-
