Totally agree with what u are saying they should have told me I was not able to get a visa from the very 1st phone call and that I can still use the vwp.

Thank you for some positive feedback, I did ask they guy at the embassy what were the chances of it being done in time and he said very good but like he also said most case involving an alcohol...

It was New Year's Eve 2012/2013 had too much too drink and on my way home got caught short and it was either pee in pants or a bush so I done the obvious bush, turned around and had handcuffs...
