Wow, that's speedy, very fortunate. Is it unusual to say in the email the 'length of the Visa'?
Mine didn't say but I am assuming as it's my first it will be for 1 year.

Great news - I received my email requesting passport at 09.25am this morning.

Timeline:
Interview was October 20th 2015 so 26 weeks in total for receipt of email, I guess I was one of the lucky...

Ok, so here's my problem, I attended my interview October 20th for 'Waiver of inadmissability', I was recomended & advised the same as others that the wait is appx 6 months.
