The latest is that Sheffield visa have now returned my Canadian wife's passport but have kept docs and application on hold due to on going court cases (spouse visa )

we were denied on the grounds...

i have no problem doing it that way just the worry at arrival my wife not being allowed in due to one denied visa...but you think if we have enough prove about a second one being a success and that...

with the relatives address they wanted to know how many people lived there and how many rooms are in the house and have some proof of ownership ie council tax bill


we would of been renting as...

i couldnt as been here in canada on holiday so only had the job offer in advance and not 6 months previous

Great system they have towards us Brits....that's where we are now i can't visit my family with my wife or live back in my country

or i could just dump my wife...they see that as a option i guess...

i have stuck 16,000 in the bank for savings which i now understand has to be there for 6 months before a new application is placed

is that right?

would that now be enough to secure a spouse...
