Last year around 20 private sailboats completed the NW passage. It is not yet classed as a recreational route as it not guaranteed that it will be ice free. Some boats still fail to complete it in...

There are ways of earning money without a work permit.

For example some of my income is from writing articles for sailing magazines around the world. I can't write for Canadian magazines as this...
