Thanks, I did notice that. Will be booking the UK to AD as it is much cheaper.

They are telling me that as I am the sponsor to my wife and kids that I have to pay their medical insurance, is this not true?

170k is the very top end of my budget for a villa, hoping for a 3-4 bed in Al Raha Gardens for that. Will see!!
