Sorry, I missed your response. Yes, I am going through the International Graduate stream.

The only conditions on my permit are that I am not allowed to study, and not valid in the sex trade.

Yes, it looks like the BOWP applies. I'd like to think I would have heard about PR before the permit runs out, but things seem so uncertain right now.

My friend has done a paper based application, her application was submitted in Feb 2020. Her lawyer told her to expect a long wait and still is. Current estimates on CIC is 21 months.
