Advise on lodging 190 visa from Offshore or Onshore

We live in Singapore.

Our situation :
482 Temporary Visa application is in progress since last month. Employer's agent told temporary visa application outcome can be expected in next 2-4 weeks...

For highly non relevant qualification,they require 2 years of appropriate employment. Hence skills assessment can be done regardless of qualification.

Then why it is mentioned that they can't...

I feel it's safer to reapply for ACS letter
as the 189 processing period
is at least 3 months if everything goes good.
Due to Christmas holidays it may delay further.
By that time, ur ACS letter...

EOI : Wrong employment date

I forgot to tell you, the system generated
letter had company logo in colour, not black
and white.

If you are sure that you have 3 years
experience excluding 2 years for deemed
experience, I would suggest you to
get updated letter from ACS.
