Advise on lodging 190 visa from Offshore or Onshore

We live in Singapore.

Our situation :
482 Temporary Visa application is in progress since last month. Employer's agent told temporary visa application outcome can be expected in next 2-4 weeks...

For highly non relevant qualification,they require 2 years of appropriate employment. Hence skills assessment can be done regardless of qualification.

Then why it is mentioned that they can't...

I feel it's safer to reapply for ACS letter
as the 189 processing period
is at least 3 months if everything goes good.
Due to Christmas holidays it may delay further.
By that time, ur ACS letter...

EOI : Wrong employment date

My joining date in my current company is 11 May 2010,but I've mistakenly mentioned 12 May 2010 in my EOI. However, this error will not have any change in my claimed points.I got the invitation today...

I forgot to tell you, the system generated
letter had company logo in colour, not black
and white.

If you are sure that you have 3 years
experience excluding 2 years for deemed
experience, I would suggest you to
get updated letter from ACS.

The problem is my parents are not educated
,so they are not confident enough to action this process.
Is there any harm by doing Medicals before

I have been waiting for IELTS for more than a year, so
I don't want to delay it further.Also,I assume it would
