From what I understand the eTA has been suspended until 29 Sept 2016 - Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/eta.asp)

I plan to visit Canada for 2-3 weeks before entering the US where I will be flying in on the VWP for up to 90 days.

I'm aware that once entering the US, visiting Canada is inclusive in the 90 days...

No I haven't received an email yet.

But if you had to submit a Resume the option to allow you to attach is file should be available in your account? I wouldn't stress, looks like the IEC guys are...

I had the same issue, if you have any dashes like this ' - ' then delete them and re-enter them. I cut and paste my CV and the ' - ' dashes were longer. When I deleted them and re-entered them it...

I'm so annoyed right now.

I fly out for a holiday tomorrow until Tuesday and don't plan to spend a £1,000 on data charges refreshing the page :frown:

I read this as part of the required documents for Ireland:
