Depends on the circumstances; my wife qualified for, and received, Citizenship by Descent as my other in law is Australian.

We moved to the USA in 2007 and got through well over five grand (UK) in just start-up costs. Budgeting much, much more...

Postage to Operational BFPO addresses (i.e. Afghanistan, Iraq and certain ships) is free up to a certain size and weight limit. The post office will have the list of BFPO addresses that incur a fee...
