get out of Mt Wellinton it is total crap, Anywhere in the south Auckland district is awfull! Have a look around Mission bay and ajoining area's. There are some smaller but cheaper...

Hi Andy,
you are right about there being a catch with Te Atatu.It's full of munters,not a good area. Some where around Sunnynook on the North Shore may suite you.Pretty good area ,close...

Hi ya, we are sort of in the same ping pong boat. NZ has some great things about it. But some stink stuff too. Lower incomes, price of living and racism.
Loads of kiwi's are leaving for Aus.Maybe NZ...
