Well, I just applied and my EOI has been selected, I claimed points for my partner also, she had done 2 yrs B.Com and then MBA 2 yrs. I got that assessed via PAR and it was equivalent to level 7.

Thanks MrsFychan that seems to be making more sense I shall wait for CO and see what he asks me to provide and from there I shall think what I can and I can't and be upfront.

any one has any idea what needs to be done in case of being an online employee for a foreign employer who is not registered in my country, what proof I would need to provide?

those were my employers not customers and I do have job offer letters with me. I have been working for them from home, and my employers businesses were registered in USA not in my country.

Because there is no income tax on foreign remittances in my country and Software Development is already exempted from tax until 2016.

Also I just confirmed that I might be able to get all pay...

I guess, I might be able to do that. btw one last question, if asked do I need to provide pay slips for entire work experience? mine is more then 6 years.

hmm, like I said I worked as an individual most of the time for foreign companies from home, and my salaries were actually transferred to my account by them through telegraphic transfer or wire...
