We live in Clermont , we moved here in May 2014, my son just left Sawgrass Bay and will be joining is sister at Windy Hill Middle School on Hancock.

Hate to say it but unless you have a credit history here then the money you have in the bank ain't gonna cut it!

I would suggest renewing your I94 internally and then renewing the visa in a couple of years once the business is doing better. (Obviously at that point you are land locked)

I would suggest speaking to a different attorney. We employ 3 full time and did not have to pay a minimum salary
