Medical issue: Visa refusal for ALL?

If a family member has a medical issue, does the whole family get visa refusal as a result or only the family member in question will be refused?

My son had primary complex tb when he was 1 1/2 years old. He's been ok since then. He is now 11.

Yes, I did. But I also stated clearly on the same form that it was a compulsory requirement to undergo such a training for ALL male college students.

Hi, 136 BN Skilled Independent.

However fast they sent me the PCC/MEDS, they're asking me now of "discharge certificate" of military service which I'm not familiar of.

Anybody can explain...

This morning, my MEDS/PCC request was delivered to my doorstep. Funny thing is they're asking for my "discharge certificate" for the military service when I never really served in the armed forces.

I have a document which was submitted to the assessing body which I likewise submitted to DIMIA, like all other documents.

Problem is about DIMIA checking the said document as the establishment...
