try to contact some companies in LA DEFENCE / PARIS. Most of the big ones are located there. There is still some work in France. But is is still quiet hard !

do not buy that !

Take your laptob with WIFI. Everywhere in France you will have acces for WIFI. For 3 weeks I am sure Carrefour cannot fix that. It will take them at least 2 weeks to activate...
