AOS on VWP....Approved :)

I just wanted to share......

We had our interviews (x3) this morning...each one scheduled for 45 minutes. We all went in together Spouse (USC) me and my 2 children........

Interview lasted 20...

Our AOS interview is next week....

we have put together all the required information as per the notice of action we received.

We are now re checking the file and adding the latest bank...

I had an infopass meeting this morning and was advised by the officer that all AOS applications via marriage are interviewed regardless of type of entry

I applied for the I765 EAD with my AOS.
Processing times indicate 90 days ...... I am only a few days away from the 90 day timescale and have not heard anything......
Should I wait til the 90 day...

I received an RFE and returned the required information ....yet my case is not updated, should I be concerned?

I did track it and it said it was delivered 28th October @ 1047pm!!

I only asked for help here because he wasnt working last night and I hoped I could resolve it..........with help from people who seemed to know........Big Mistake for me huh!!! :D:D

Thx again Rich......as I previously indicated the attached I797s relating to my daughters were NOT specific....they mentioned fees, application, required documentation......I have checked EVERYTHING...
