I think the key to getting a job anywhere is hustling.

Get the connections, put yourself in the right places, and don't take "No" for an answer! Some luck helps too.

The website - and other people's timelines - suggests processing certainly seems to be moving quickly!

As of October 19, 2012, we are processing petitions filed on October 08, 2012.

I was filing through London, so the credit card option was available.

Forms sent off today, now to join everybody else in the waiting queue!

I-130 Petition - $420 Fee

Hi guys,

I am marrying my fiancee tomorrow and we plan to start the I-130 petition process immediately.

It says on the I-130 form that a $420 payment is required. Does it matter who pays this...
